Payment
All transactions and payments initiated on this site are processed through Paypal. All major credit cards are accepted, and you are not required to have a Paypal account to make a purchase.
Merchandise is shipped within 48 hours of receipt/successful posting of payment.
Shipping
Shipping charges are flat rate. Shipping rates are added when an item is placed in your shopping cart. Place an item in your cart to see shipping rates for that item. Please contact me prior to purchase if you need priority shipping, as there is an additional cost for this. For regular first class shipping within the U.S., please allow 7-14 business days from indicated shipped date for your order to arrive. Shipping outside the U.S. is not yet available through this site - please contact me with questions and check back soon!
Whenever possible, I try to use clean, attractive recycled packaging for shipping orders. I recycle and hope you will too! The exception is orders which include gift wrapping, for which I use new materials (that are made with recycled materials if possible). I also do my best to ensure your order is packed with great care and attention, to ensure it arrives safely, so order with confidence.
Refunds and Exchanges
"Do you take returns?"
Your satisfaction is extremely important to me, so if you are not happy with your purchase, simply contact me first, then return your purchase in original condition within 10 days. Refunds will be for the purchase price minus shipping (shipping is non-refundable). Merchandise may also be exchanged for other merchandise available in the shop once the original merchandise has been received. Returns must be packaged securely and shipped insured. In the event of a return, you agree to accept responsibility for return shipment costs (I appreciate your understanding). Refunds are processed upon receipt of merchandise in original condition. "What happens if something is lost in the mail or arrives damaged?"
If a package appears to have been damaged in transit please try to refuse delivery if you can. If that is not possible please be sure to save all packing materials and components. Contact me right away to let me know. If your order has not arrived within two weeks, please let me know. Your purchase will be replaced if possible. If it cannot be replaced a credit will be given.
"Do you do custom orders?"
Inquiries for custom orders can be submitted through my home website, by clicking on the "shop" link in the menu, then the "inquire about commissions/custom orders" link there.
